Very nice Hotel Experience!

I really enjoyed the rooftop pool. It offered fine city views. The breakfast buffet has many options. The Italian restaurant on the 26th floor has delicious pizza. Staff are super helpful and friendly! I really did appreciate that!

The room did not have a mirror near an outlet, so doing my hair was a slight challenge.

The breakfast buffet has a high choice of international cuisine, and the Italian restaurant on the 26th floor provides great city views, also Prego makes very tasty Italian pizza and pasta.

My king size bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was good size and included a separate shower. The hotel provided fully stocked toiletries and a hair dryer, also free water was available on demand.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Housekeeping cleaned my room daily and to a good standard. One staff member did provide kind, caring, professional service. I found that everyone was attentive.

The hotel has a rooftop pool and bar, so I enjoyed great views. The rooftop Italian restaurant has an awesome view. There are 26 floors with sea views or city views. This hotel is beautiful!

The hotel is located on the coast down from One Galle Force shopping complex. It is about a 20 min walk. The location is a great base for exploring the city, so I really liked it.

friendly staff fresh drinks electricity issues closed gym

the location offered great views of the ocean. the breakfast had an excellent selection. i especially appreciated the friendly staff who provided warm welcomes with cool towels and fresh drinks.

The gym was not open yet and that was disappointing. plus, i experienced electricity issues in my room. The mains were tripping twice.

fresh food rooftop pool

I enjoyed the breakfast a lot. There was a huge array of delicious fresh food choices. the rooftop pool was also superb with lovely views of the indian ocean. i found happy hour drinks there too. the location was also great.

the gym was unexpectedly closed upon arrival. this was a significant drawback for such a hotel.
